Tortoise Terrain
Eco Life Tortoise Terrain is a specific blend of clay, grits and sand with trace amounts of bio fillers (grasses /straw).
This dry substrate is very unique in that it can be very diverse in its uses, and not just for tortoises. We recommend this for desert burrowing species with a light spraying of water to increase the moisture content, making it a lot more stable for burrows thanks to its clay base structure.
With that in mind you can add some of our tortoise safe and reptile safe plants straight into it.
We recommend Cryptanthus, sansevera, hawarthia, stepelia and euphobia species
